For the very first time, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is presenting The Royal Food and Drink Fair, a special event that offers an unique dining experience. A talented team of chefs has assembled at Royal Banquet Hall, preparing a wide selection of award-winning dishes and tasteful delicacies for guests.

Decorations can be found all over the place, including a poster introducing the event at the main entrance. A warmly reminder, The Royal Food and Drink Fair is only available on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the restaurant will be offering its original set meals on weekdays.
Before ordering, e-Tokens may be purchased in advance through the official website. Alternatively, you may purchase an e-Token ticket at cashiers insider the restaurant. Exclusive gifts such as pin and headband will be given by purchasing a certain amount of e-Tokens.
The whole restaurant is divided into different kitchens and stations, each featuring its own special kind of food. You may walk around and choose from any kitchen as you like. Each food item requires 1 e-Token. The portion is relatively small when compared to a normal set meal, that allow guests to enjoy more kinds of food. Menus will be changed weekly during the whole period of the fair, providing different dishes from time to time.

- Featuring award-winning international dishes such as Seafood Sabayon with Yuzu Caviar, Mickey shaped Broccoli and Cauliflower Hokkaido Cheese Tart, Braised Beef Short Rib with Pumpkin in Thyme Gravy, and more.
- Molecular & Liquid Nitrogen Dessert
- Molecular cuisine indicates the technique to transform different ingredients into a brand new look. These interesting desserts include Chocolate Forest Cup, Disney Exciting Dessert Ball, Green Apple Yogurt Sphere, and more.
- Dessert Station
- Different kinds of mini cake will be available weekly at this station, featuring beloved Disney Characters.
- Cold Cut and Salad
- Appetizers including Norwegian Gravlax Salmon, Italian Parma Ham with Melon, and a speciality salad.
- International Cuisine
- Famous dishes originated from different countries, including Carbonara Pasta, Switzerland Cheese Fountain and Turkish Chicken Doner Kebab.
- Carving Station
- A station especially for meat lovers, featuring Roasted Beef Sirloin with Gravy, Assorted Grilled Sausage with Mustard, Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, and more.
While enjoying food, you may also consider some beverages offered in the fair. Wine pairings and local craft beer are available, costing 2 e-Tokens. Other non-alcoholic options include fruit smoothies and speciality drinks with new themes every week, costing 1 e-Token.
Cast Members will deduct your e-Token every time when you order food or drinks, please have your personal device or e-Token ticket ready. You may check the remaining e-Token amount by using designated machines in the venue.
