Opened in 2001, Tokyo DisneySea will be celebrating its 20th Anniversary this year. Starting from September 4, 2021, through September 3, 2022, a special celebration “Tokyo DisneySea 20th: Time to Shine!” will be held at the park. Disney Characters will change into brand new 20th Anniversary costumes, presenting “Mickey & Friends Harbor Greeting ‘Time to Shine!’”. Guests may celebrate this remarkable year together, with additional experiences throughout the resort.

• Decorations
  • 20th Anniversary decorations will be placed at the entrance plaza.

• Special Merchandise
  • A wide variety of items featuring Disney Characters wearing their 20th Anniversary costumes.

• Special Menus
  • Special food experiences will be offered during the event period.

• Duffy and Friends
  • Duffy and Friends will be traveling through a starry sky, presenting “Duffy and Friends Starry Dreams”, with themed merchandise and food items available.

• Disney Hotels
  • Special menu items will be offered at Tokyo DisneySea Hotel MiraCosta. Guests staying at Tokyo Disney Celebration Hotel will receive postcards and room key holders with a special design.

• Disney Resort Line
  • Guests may purchase day pass tickets with a limited-period design commemorating the 20th anniversary.
